Steps to reproduce

• Plug in HDMI cable between the board and HDMI Monitor or HDMI TV.
• Power on the HDMI Monitor or HDMI TV, switch input source to HDMI.
• Boot the board.
• If HDMI video ouput works well, Plug out HDMI cable.
• Plug in HDMI cable again.
