Steps to reproduce
- Boot up the device
- Set /var/sota/sota.toml tags = "master"
- On host machine run "fioctl config updates --tag=devel --f
" - On host machine run "fioctl devices config updates
--apps -f " - Check device /var/sota/sota.toml, tags will revert to "master"
